Skate Park Bernau

This mural was developed in collaboration with the local users of the Skate Park Rehberge in Bernau, near Berlin. The wall is divided into several sections: the first features letters painted against fascism; the second is composed of giant skateboards on which each participant could paint their own sticker; the third is a portrayal of a group of young children from a nearby school.

Participation across all three sections was encouraged through different strategies — conceptual, physical, creative and, ultimately, representative. This work was commissioned by the City of Bernau and is the continuation of a first mural developed in 2019.
